I'd like to move to England now.
Or maybe Holland.
I think I'd very much like that.
I'd miss my parents for sure.
And starbucks.
And probably a few select friends.
But mostly I'd very much like to move far far away.
And never ever ever come back to this stupid, gossipy, protected little town of bored rich people who have nothing better to do than to pry into other peoples lives and get involved in their business because they have nothing special or tangible even in their own life.
So I'm gonna go to England, I think.
Okay?

Do you really think England (or Holland) doesn't have "stupid, gossipy, protected little town(s) of bored rich people who have nothing better to do than to pry into other peoples lives and get involved in their business because they have nothing special or tangible even in their own life."

Unfortunately, that is all around us. Our goal should be to make sure we don't become one of "those" people.

The positive of England is they have Starbucks. So you can mark that off things you would miss. No need to give that up! I'm sure Holland also has been hit by the Starbucks invasion.

Bailey. I moved to England. I thought I would get away from it all too. I missed my parents and Starbucks. And one of the biggest lessons I learned is: there are stupid people everywhere. BUT it is wonderful and amazing to learn that while in Europe, so if that's what you need to do then do it. Do it right when you graduate though or you may not ever. I know a great school and some cool people.

You could move to Austrailia. Well, except that Alexander in the Terrible Horrible No-Good Very Bad Day knew that, "Some days are like that, even in Austrailia."

London? Remember how much you had to pay for stuff at Heathrow while we were waiting for our plane to the U.S.? But Ali lives there now, and Kelsey's going this summer, and they drive on the left side of the road and they call elevators "lifts" and they trunk of their car is the "boot."

That's all I've got to say about London for now.

Listen Quackers Bay...

I know 3 people who live in England now, so you just let me know if you need a hook up.

But do I have to hook you up because I would really miss seeing you at Bible study & who would bring the snacks or ask the tough questions or put little notes all over my apt. for me to find?
