I read your blog, and remember/love you from the youth group, so I googled some boredom quotes. This is what I came up with:

“No place is boring, if you've had a good night's sleep and have a pocket full of unexposed film.”
-Robert Adams

MY ADVICE: You may be "bored" with home now... but go around everywhere, take pictures of everything. This will be to remember HOME. Because if/when you leave, and ever miss home, IT'LL BE TOO LATE TO GO BACK. Because no matter how long you're gone for, things'll change, and look different, FEEL different. Do this now, to hold these memories - even if you don't think you'll care later. Plus, photography is fun! You have an eyes for beauty. Go search for it in your own home

Other quotes:

“The cure for boredom is curiosity. There is no cure for curiosity.”
-Ellen Parr

“Uncertainty and mystery are energies of life. Don't let them scare you unduly, for they keep boredom at bay and spark creativity."
-R. I. Fitzhenry

And most importantly:

“The life of the creative man is lead, directed and controlled by boredom. Avoiding boredom is one of our most important purposes.”
-Susan Sontag (American Writer, Activist and Critic, 1933-2004)

GOOD LUCK
