This is my life as of right now incase anyone was wondering:
**I'm making a C in precalc right now. I've never made a C before and I really shouldn't care. But I do. It doesn't make a huge difference because the college(s) i want to get into will take me anyway. It wont drop my GPA that much and my SAT's were fairly decent. The only thing that will probably change is my class rank. I shouldn't really care about that either. Everyone knows that schools put WAY too much emphasis on class rank and it doesnt really mean much. But it still bothers me. Especially because I'll probaby not be in the top 10% anymore.
Maybe I'm overreacting and maybe I'll pull my grade up in the next few weeks. But right now I'm really annoyed. The class is stinkin hard and I should have just take regular instead of p/ap. GAY GAY GAY.
**Cheerleading tryouts are coming up. Our first tryout meeting is tomorrow night. I shouldn't be nervous or scared but I am. While it's unlikely for a returning senior to not make it, its still possible and that would really suck. I'd have a lot more free time, probably be able to get a job, and have senior out if i didnt make it. But it would sure be a blow to the ego...
**I have 3 big fancy events coming up. Football banquet, cheerleading banquet, and prom. We voted on a theme for prom and 007 Casino Royal won. I think I'm okay with that. And this weekend my mom bought me a dress for football banquet. I like it a whole lot and I hope my date will too. Fancy events are my favorite because its one of the few times I actually put effort into the way i look and I like to remind people that I AM a girl. So I'm pretty excited.
**My brother started college again...this time at Quad C. I hope it works out for him. I also hope the truck my parents just bought him works out for him considering its his 3rd car in 3 years and he hasnt had to pay for any of them while I just got my first one and I had to pay for a good 15oo dollars of it. But I'm not bitter...I'm sure I learned some really valuable lesson that he didn't and I just need to remember that every time I look at my bank account balance.
**I hate school. And mondays. And cheer tryouts. And math. And gas prices.
**I have three different starbucks cards though thanks to Jimmy, Bethany, and my mom. I'm gonna be all set for a good month or so of starbucks I hope. That makes me very happy.
**AND i'm getting my toes done this afternoon with my friends so I'm A-Okay with life.
